FAQ ABOUT THIS CLASS

A yoga class offers a blend of physical movement, breathwork and often mental relaxation, depending on the style. It can be anything from a gentle, meditative experience to a physically intense workout – so what you experience will depend a lot on the type of yoga and the instructor.

We offer a few different styles of yoga at our centres ranging from vinyasa flow which is a more challenging style to yin where you will find yourself holding deep stretches for minutes with some meditation linked in.
