FAQ ABOUT THIS CLASS
Bl1TZ is a HIIT class which means you’ll have periods of intense work, followed by rest periods. Expect to get your heart racing and sweat dripping as you build athletic fitness! No two bl1tz workouts are the same, and each is created around a theme inspired by the world of human movement. Expect sports based workouts in addition to classic bodyweight hiit and some completely impact-free options.
Bl1TZ workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness. All workouts contain modified / low impact options for beginners, with options to progress and work harder for regular exercisers.
