FAQ ABOUT THIS CLASS

A Pilates class is a low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on core strength, postural alignment, flexibility and controlled movement. The experience is usually mindful, deliberate, and surprisingly challenging.

Most pilates classes are great for beginners and our instructors typically offer modifications. It is low impact and can help with injury prevention and rehab.

Gym kit, grippy socks, a mat ( we do provide small floor mats ) and a water bottle.
