A Circuit training class is a fast-paced workout that combines strength training and cardiovascular exercises in a structured sequence, or “Circuit”. It gives you a full-body workout with an energetic environment
You don’t need to be super fit to join a circuit training class as they are designed to be accessible to all fitness levels, including beginners. You can work at your own pace as the exercise stations are usually time-based so you control how fast or slow you go. This class will help to improve fitness levels over time.
