In R1ZE the step can be anything – from jump box to exercise bench to obstacle. You’ll utilise multi-dimensional functional movements for a full body interval blast. Forget what you think you know about a step class… R1ZE is designed to cover all the bases of fitness and is perfect for people who want to avoid repetitive impact but like to work with bodyweight. R1ZE is the most varied of our formats, ranging from no impact strength to speed and agility.
You are in complete control of how hard you work. Like all our formats, there is no requirement to move to any beat but your own. Modifications and progressions are given for all movements which makes R1ZE suitable for everyone from beginner to athlete.
