FAQ ABOUT THIS CLASS
L1FT classes focus on strength development using standard group fitness equipment like dumbbells or barbells. You work at your own pace -not to the beat of the music. With varied training protocols and a “workout of the day” focus, L1FT keeps your muscles challenged and your mind guessing. Expect simple movement patterns programmed in smart and unique ways, maximising your time spent without complex or intimidating lifts. Although every workout is different, L1FT classes are always fun and challenging.
Because you choose the load and intensity, L1FT workouts are suitable for everyone from beginner to athlete. Each workout uses smart, safe and progressive movements to ensure no fitness level is left behind. We recommend asking for weights guidance from your instructor if you are new to strength training.
Gym kit, sports shoes and a water bottle. Weights will be provided in class.
