Please wear appropriate gym attire and closed-toe athletic shoes for safety. 

Yes, we recommend bringing your own towel and water bottle. We also have hydration stations. 

Yes, all members must sign a health and liability waiver before working out. 

Yes, members must wipe down equipment after use to maintain hygiene. 

Members must be at least 16 years old.
